"techisbest" states refineries WILL buy P2O
The whole argument about which refineries did or did not offer JBII to buy the output of their process is silly. If the output is as good as has been stated by JBII, refineries will buy it and will pay top dollar for it. Period.
Why wouldn't they?

Quote: "In Pennsylvania and New York, crude oil located from a single tank location, containing 2% of less BS&W, and containing 168 or more calculated payment barrels will receive a bonus of $2.00 per barrel. ... All payments will be made based upon the average price in effect on the date ARG takes custody of the crude oil."

This letter breaks payouts down into three groups based on how much is being delivered. It ranges from what was stated above to WTI-$1.50 for delivering a minimum of 75 barrels from a single location.
