JBII to sign Fuel Sales Agreement for 144,000 Gallons/Week

In addition, JBI is pleased to announce the signing of a letter of intent with a confidential party for the purchase of the naphtha produced from the Company's Plastic2Oil process. The term "naphtha" is used when fuel does not contain additives required for gasoline used as transportation fuel. This is very similar to the relationship between fuel oil #2 and diesel fuel. When road-use additives are not present, the petroleum product is referred to as fuel oil #2 and conversely, when road-use additives are present, the product is termed diesel. The confidential party named in the letter of intent has the capacity and interest to purchase up to approximately 144,000 gallons of naphtha per week, as it is available from JBI, Inc., at comparable market rates for such naphtha - rates that fluctuate similar to any other commodity. The Company and the confidential party expect to consummate their naphtha sale agreements in April 2011.

Rawnoc Visit to JBII

My visit to the JBII facilities an area 2/5/11 - 2/12/11

My pics: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=60743239

(1) I witnessed fuel being produced from unwashed mixed multicolored otherwise landfill bound industrial sources. They had more feedstock than they know what to do with it seems in 3 different facilities. Mountains of it. You should read the company names on the boxes. It's all garbage that can't be recycled. It's more obviously why when you see it. Some of it is nasty bags, greenhouse crap, compressed huge bales of garbage bags....all sorts of stuff. Overwhelming. A real eye opener.

(2) I saw the 2nd processor being worked on.

(3) I witnessed plastic in, fuel out, with the fuel looking so pure you can see through it.

(4) I witnessed how automated and simple the processor is to run it. In my observation, one operator IMO could run multiple machines and still have a lot of free time on his hands. The only reason they'll need two to run multiple machines is legal safety requirements. Machine works like a beast and purrs like a kitten. I'm so stunned how efficient and automated it is by touchscreen computers. It seems to my untrained eye to run itself.

(5) Senior VP Colin I met is extremely smart, experienced, and humble. Awesome addition to the company. And serves great beer at his superbowl party. Next year's superbowl he'll be serving top shelf champagne IMO.

(6) I've concluded sales will be a no brainer. Colin was often tapping off samples presumably for prospective buyers. My guess is he was looking for score a long term contract with the highest bidder? I don't know. Didn't ask.

(7) I've posted a lot more details from conversations with the workers, the security/police who have been buying in the open market, other shareholders I met, etc. Too much to put in one post off the top of my head but I thought I'd at least make this summary as a starting point and feel free to ask me any additional questions either publicly or privately.

Brig Shareholder Visit

BRIG's VISIT 2/5/11 - 2/12/11

BRIGS PICS:

BRIG using P2O fuel:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=60151969

(quotes I took from his posts)

I'm in Niagra Falls New York with Rawnoc watching the P2O machine running in full production mode.

It's an amazing machine that runs on a continuous stream of plastic. Fuel comes out in a constant stream and is piped over to huge storage tanks.

I'm watching John and Colin draw off samples...... It's coming out a pure color that looks like melted butter..... Gasoline off one tap diesel off the other.

Huge boxes of ground up plastic are brought in and transferred to the continuous feed assembly straight into the processor..... The system is so automated there is little for the operators to do.

I talked to one of the men on the floor and he has worked in the area all his life. He said jobs were so easy to find you could quit one day and work the next. Not the case anymore. He was out of work for 2 years before John gave him a job. He said he has seen companies come and go trying to do what JBII is doing and was STUNNED when he saw how well this processor works. He told me he loads the plastic then monitors it from the control panel then walks the machine checking and observing it running....really kind of boring it runs so well.

I talked to one of the operators and he told me he has the easiest jobs he has ever had....load plastic....monitor the control panel...do a walking inspection of the machine as it runs....lather....rinse...repeat...

The whole back building of the recycling center had pile upon pile of plastic....bales of plastic....giant plastic sheets and tarps.....there was also bales of cardboard ready to be shipped out and sold.....

I talked to Colin Robbins during his superbowl party about fuel/fuel blending/fuel sales.....the man knows his business and there's more to it than pouring fuel out of the machine and selling it.....there are so many things the company can do with it from from blending and selling retail to selling wholesale to selling as boiler fuel.....that's his job to determine the most profitable way to sell the fuel....he has the contacts to do it and he was hauling off fuel samples to take to customers....

I personally tapped gasoline off the processor in New York....i personally put that gasoline in a lawnmower, fired it up and watched it run....there are heaters made that run on USED motor oil for crying out loud.....anyone that thinks JBII can't sell fuel that will run a lawnmower is living in a dream world....used motor oil being used to run heaters and nobody will be interested in gasoline? ROFL!!

Response to a Basher

You fail to realize that NY Dec has approved JBII.

Of all the companies on the OTC, JBII stands taller than most.

Unfortunately some people cannot see the forest for the trees.

Re read the DD provided for a fresh view

More and more Green companies are getting the limelight. JBII is no different

Of course not much limelight yet, but that's gong to change

Ten years from now, JBII is gonna be a multi billion dollar company.

Historically, new technology has always received resistance.

Even though JBII is not at her full potential yet, that will change soon

Remember that this company will solve the waste plastic problem.....

Now is the time for investors to get in......imo of course.

Eventually, P2O will become a household word.

Even kids will be learning about it in school.

Depending on media exposure, I see JBII expanding very rapidly.

Soon enough, everyone will see what a remarkably great company this is.

After all.........waste plastic is a HUGE problem....and JBII has the solution

Perhaps a review of the DD provided is in order

Even flight was once thought impossible.......and look at it now.

Realistically.......when you look at JBII with fresh eyes, it becomes obvious what the future holds.

Meanwhile, we wait for the first fuel sales/contracts.

In the final analysis, all conjecture is immaterial........the company will prove itself soon enough.

Therefore, I see a Great Future here.
