So now you're saying JBII is going to get a permit for a process you have stated doesn't work....or even if it does work they can't make any money at it?

1. JBII will have a stack test.

2. That test will pass.

3. JBII will receive an operating permit.

4. JBII will make money hand over fist selling fuel.
