Message From James

I did not set up this JBI blog site to hype, promote, or rant and rave about JBI, Inc. I am simply trying to provide honest and factual information about the Company, its CEO and team members, its operating divisions and products progress, Hopefully, the information will help interested parties to make informed decisions about JBI and its management team. The Company has developed or acquired some remarkable technology and has many staunch supporters. Being a publicly-traded company, it is essential and imperative that no material information will be disseminated on this site unless it has been publicly announced. John Bordynuik, JBI's CEO, is adamant, rightfully so, about ALWAYS being compliant with securities rules and regulations. Yet he strives for total transparency and will issue public press releases when material events occur. He considers shareholder communication very important, but it must always be honest and not hype. He is focused on maximizing shareholder value through real, sustainable corporate growth - rising revenues and increasing net EPS - NOT through paid "pump and dump" promotion campaigns. He despises P & D activity, as do I.

The stock market is a fascinating arena, comprised of all types of investors - bulls, bears, fence-sitters, nay sayers, doubters, supporters, believers, traders, "flippers", shorters, long and short-term "longs", etc. That's what makes it a "market", i.e., a widely diversified group of opinionated people. However, some people form faulty opinions because they haven't performed adequate due diligence or sufficient research to justify their opinions or course of action. Or sometimes, people have negative agendas and attempt to influence selling. Of course, that can also happen with over-exuberant people trying to promote buying. That's why I hope to provide fair and balanced research and facts so that "informed" decisions may be made. NO puffery, just facts!

My sincerest thanks to all recent sign-ups at this blog. I will do my best to always provide solid, truthful information (sometimes opinions) on JBI and its progress.

James
