"the big guy" comments on Janice Shell's JBI article

The one thing that really took me aback about what you were saying is that you referred to JBI as a "stock promotion scheme" and not a company. Those are pretty strong and negative words. JBI may be having some issues and has had it's stock price fall lately as a result, but it is certainly not a stock promotion scheme. A stock promotion scheme reminds me of of boiler-room type operations where people are getting paid to sell stock heavily via the telephone in an obvious pump-and dump scheme.

I don't think it is fair to publish such an article that uses such a negative impression of a company that is doing business in the Province of Ontario (I believe), and complying with all required regulations pertaining to that.

Everything else you are saying is fair game and your opinion.

If I were JB, I would be pretty pissed off. I would not specifically object to the use of that phrase, but that is what would push me over the edge.
